What is the Covid-19 Policy?

There will be a Covid-19 screening that is sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled appointment every treatment. Please complete this when received. If any answers change on the screening between the time of completion and your appointment, please contact MCMT to reschedule. 

Masks are required by public health authorities in all public indoor settings for individuals aged 12+.

Where is Mountain Cove Massage located?

*Please seek an alternative clinic if you have difficulty using stairs. Sorry for any inconveniences.*

Mountain Cove Massage is located inside TWP Fitness. You may park in any of the TWP Fitness parking stalls. Go through the main doors. You will see the front desk and the wonderful TWP staff who can point you in the right direction if you need. Continue past the reception desk and cafe towards the back of the building. Go up the stairs. The waiting room for Mountain Cove Massage is on the right side at the top of the staircase. Please help yourself to the complementary tea while you wait for your appointment time!

Who is permitted to enter TWP Fitness?

Everyone is welcome into the space! Please follow the instructions above. I will show you where the washroom is located upon arrival.

What forms will I need to complete before my scheduled appointment?

If this is your first appointment, you will have an intake form sent to you via email. Please have this complete before your arrival to ensure that your treatment time is not compromised.

Does MCM offer direct billing?

Direct billing is available for most extended health benefits. Please be familiar with your coverage before you schedule an appointment. To confirm direct billing is available to your provider, please contact MCM. 

 

MCM does NOT direct bill to ICBC or WCB at this time.

What is the cancellation policy?

There is a cancellation policy of 24 hours notice as this ensures there is enough time to fill the appointment that was reserved for you. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the appointment fee via the card on file or during your next visit. Please note that your extended health provider does not cover missed/ cancelled appointments.
